Eagles continue hot scoring form as they burn Rocks.

Esh Group Eagles Newcastle continued their recent dominance over Glasgow Rocks after taking their streak to 21 straight victories.

The Eagles pulled clear and took their points total to an astonishing 267 as they inflicted a second loss on the season for Tony Garbelotto's side.

Leading Scorers - Nimley 37, Paige 33, Williams 14 (Eagles) - Billups 28, Brown 27, Fraser 24 (Rocks)

Turning Point – The Eagles edged a high-scoring opening 10 minutes 30-28 before breaking away in the second and opening up a lead as large as 27 during the third period to all but secure the win.

Key Stat – Rocks shot 62% from the floor, but gave up 30 turnovers including 19 in the first half which Newcastle capitalised on with 40 points.

Game Hero(es) – Jaysean Paige had another 30-point game with 33, but Saah Nimley top scored with an incredible 37-point display including eight threes on 50% shooting. There was a double-digit assist outing for Fab Flournoy, too.
